Greetings in the 76th year of the Hotel And Restaurant Association (Western India)!
NOTICE is hereby given that the 76th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Members of Hotel And Restaurant Association (Western India) ("the Association”) will be held on Thursday, 10th September 2026 at 3:00 p.m. at "Trident” Nariman point, Mumbai – 400 021.
In compliance with the Circulars issued from time to time by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) read with other applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013, the Notice of the 76th AGM together with the Annual Report for the Financial Year ended 31st March, 2026 which inter-alia, comprises the Audited Financial Statements along with the Reports of the Executive Committee and Auditors thereon and other documents required to be attached thereto, are being served only through electronic mode to your email address registered with the Association. In accordance with the MCA Circulars, the Company will not be dispatching physical copies of the Notice and Annual Report to any Member.
