Greetings in the 76^th year of the Hotel And Restaurant Association (Western India)!

We are pleased to inform you that the FSSAI - Food Safety Supervisor Training in Advance Catering in collaboration with HRAWI, an initiative to promote food safety and hygiene in Hospitality Industry is schedule to be held at "Hotel Le Grande", Andheri (E), Mumbai on 04th August, 2026 i.e. Tuesday from 09:00 a.m. to 05:00 p.m. 

• Physical Training program is conducted for 40 participants starting from 9.00 am & end at 5.00 pm.

• The participants are charged as per the rate applicable per participant of INR 1416/- all incl. for Member Establishments and INR 1770/- all incl. for Non-member Establishments.

As time being the essence, we would be highly obliged, if you could nominate participants form Purchase team, F&B team, housekeeping team, maintenances team etc. accordingly and kindly revert with relevant information of the participants who would join the Programme.
