We are pleased to inform you that the FSSAI - Food Safety Supervisor Training in Advance Catering in collaboration with HRAWI, an initiative to promote food safety and hygiene in Hospitality Industry is schedule to be held at "Hotel Unicontinental – Khar West, Mumbai" on 31st August, 2026 i.e. Monday from 09:00 a.m. to 05:00 p.m

• Physical Training program is conducted for 40 participants starting from 9.00 am & end at 5.00 pm.

• The participants are charged as per the rate applicable per participant of INR 1416/- all incl. for Member Establishments and INR 1770/- all incl. for Non-member Establishments.

As time being the essence, we would be highly obliged, if you could nominate participants form Purchase team, F&B team, housekeeping team, maintenances team etc. accordingly and kindly revert with relevant information of the participants who would join the Programme.
