Greetings in the 67thyear of the Hotel & Restaurant Association Western India!
As done in the past, we are pleased to inform you that your Association is organizing a Seminar on “Insights in Sushi, Chocolate and Marzipan Making – A Culinary Treat", at Sheila Raheja Institute, Mumbai on Friday, 16th February, 2018 at 3:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
The Association has invited very prominent personalities, who will conduct the Seminar on “Insights in Sushi, Chocolate and Marzipan Making”.
CHEF SHREEYA, she is specialized in Japanese cuisine. And her forte is Sushi Making. She has always believed in using fresh ingredients and keep things as ‘Zen’ as possible. She travels to Japan regularly and works with various Japanese Chefs and continuously sharpens her skills, thereby excelling in Japanese food and Culture.
MR. VIVEK KADAM, started his career with the Oberoi in Mumbai, presently working as a pastry chef at the Grand Hyatt, Mumbai. He excels in his craft and is well known for his delicious chocolates and his chocolate based deserts. He represented India at the Asian Pastry Cup in Singapore. And has won Gold and Silver medals at the earlier editions of Great India Culinary Challenge.
An Indian at heart his recipes have influence of traditional home style cooking of Maharashtra.
MS. MANALI MORE, is a hospitality graduate from the Rizvi College and an entrepreneur. She has worked with major brands of pastry and confectionaries.She excels in the craft of pastillage and sugar fondant show pieces. Her 2D and 3D and 4D cakes are well known amongst her large fan following.
To defray the expenses of organizing the Seminar; for HRAWI Members a token contribution of Rs. 600/- all inclusive and for NonHRAWI Members Rs. 800/- all inclusive, is payable respectively.
I have to request you, to please do register and depute your Executives for this Seminar, which will be of great value to your esteemed hotel. I look forward to your immediate registration, since the number of participants for the Seminar is restricted to 70 persons only.
The Association requests all the Establishment members to attend this Seminar in Large numbers in order to reap the benefits on the said subject.
