With reference to above subject and reference, please note that we have investigated and assessed the ‘Prosecution Case’ which was sent by your office to our office and in prima face it seems that the purpose of this case was only to create prosecution case. On the day of incident of this case, inspectors under you had consumed SAMOSA and SITAFAL juice in this restaurant and after that they asked for water, waiter served the water in glass but your inspectors insisted for water in Seal packed bottle and waiter served the water in seal packed bottle to your inspectors but on refusal by your inspectors to serve the water from seal packed bottle, waiter in good faith & feeling gave seal packed bottle.

On considering above details it is clear that this case was wrongly created with false evidence by your inspectors and was presented by them, which is not right and in addition the receipt of seizure as of date 22/10/08 was put in notice to the responsible person of Havmor Restaurant on 26-03-2009 which is absolutely wrong. By doing this the goodwill & prestige of branded restaurant like Havmor has been very much affected as well as this will also affect the prestige & image of our office. Above case was remanded back to your office with reference No. 2 above. In this case no further action is to be taken and to close the case from your end. Also inform and take necessary action against your inspectors for not to create such type of wrong cases by creating false evidence.
