(a) Zone-I shall comprise areas within the local limits of all Municipal Corporations.
(b) Zone-II shall comprise areas falling within the limits of all A & B Grade Municipal Councils and Cantonments.
(C) Zone-III shall comprise all other areas in the State of Maharashtra, not included in Zone-I and Zone-II.
