Dear Members,

This is to inform you that the Supreme Court has granted an adinterim stay on the favourable TDSAT Judgement dated 28th May 2010.

The Association is in the process of  moving an application for vacation of the stay order.

The Association shall accordingly inform the members, the further progress in the matter.
